How

In a nutshell, we take aluminum sheets, cut them, bend them, weld them, paint them, install components in them, test them, package them, and ship them out.

Design: All of our machines are sketched out by hand by a master product designer. They are then integrated into a 3D rendering workstation. After approval of photo renderings from all executives at ZIVELO, the product is engineered in a 3D environment.

Engineering: ZIVELO utilizes a full MRP and ERP system that connects all engineering workstations directly to manufacturing equipment such as lasers, shears, turrets, press brakes, etc.

Manufacturing: Our facilities are pretty impressive with multiple around-the-clock lasers with auto- loaders, turrets, press brakes, automated routers, dozens of welding booths, robotic welding, and automated hot wire cutting for in-house packaging. All of these systems are tied to our MRP and ERP systems to ensure minimal error and maximum efficiency.

Facilities: We have five facilities which total over 250,000 square feet (25,000 square meters) in Marion, Indiana and a sales boutique office in West Hollywood, CA. We also have over 50 uniqure reseller partners and distributors worldwide.

Finishing: We have a fully automated Powdercoat and eCoat Line as well as multiple batch booths. Colors? We have more in stock that any other facility we have seen. We can even do glow-in-the-dark and anti-microbial/anti-graffiti coatings.

Integration: Our state of the art integration center allows us to use our white gloves on installing each and every component with care into every public terminal we produce.

Signage: Our signage team can create stunning full color graphics, wraps, vinyl logos, screen printed logos, floor decals, and even wall/ceiling signage to compliment the terminal and drive traffic to it. The designers in the ZIVELO Creative Studio create stunning art to make a public terminal look more like a piece of art than intimidating technology.

QA/QC: We have very high standards when it comes to the products we produce. Our QA/QC technicians inspect each and every surface, corner, and component with their exhaustive checklists to ensure that when something leaves our facility, it has received the ZIVELO seal of approval for quality design, functionality, and craftsmanship.

Packaging: All of our machines are packaged in double-walled corrugated boxes with custom foam inserts, so everything fits like a glove.

Logistics: We have unique partnerships with multiple shipping carriers allowing us to ship product quickly and affordably all over the world. Because we ship such high volumes of product, shipping our products overseas costs much less than what our competitors charge to ship their products to the United States.
